Personal Expert Service

 The senior management team are all active within the business and play leading roles in the day to day management of the works utilising a wealth of experience built up over a number of years working for the company. Each project is lead by a dedicated company director who ensures that every client is afforded the friendly, personal service offered as standard by Langwith Builders Limited time and time again.

 We are proud that the ethos of the company is to employ tradesman directly rather than labour only sub-contractors ensuring greater control over quality, availiability and management of the resource. Currently we have a workforce of around 40 people.

 As a company we prefer to employ a small, select, well experianced team of specialist sub-contractors for the same reasons. The company employs an experienced team of full-time site managers and project managers, all of whom have expertise of construction across our specialist project sectors.

Design & Build

 We have considerable expertise in the design & construction field and have dedicated design capabilities which can be put to good effect on the smaller design and build contracts. Our project team co-ordinates the design of larger projects in conjunction with selected architecural practices and structural consultants to ensure our clients requirements are fully delivered.

 Langwith Builders have a very good reputation for offering excellent value for money and are always keen to deliver our projects within the contraints of our clients' budgets. Often our in-house design expertise will reap dividends to our clients as alternative methods of construction and regular use of certain specialists can frequently afford savings that can be passed directly on to the customer.

 We are proud of our excellent track record in the construction industry and as a result have attracted significant amounts of repeat business from clients such as Lincolnshire County Council/Mouchel Business Services, Lincolnshire Field Products/Freshlinc, Peteborough Homes, QV Foods and G's Beetroot to name but a few.

Considerate Constructors Scheme

 We embrace the ethos and principles of CCS and have standardised our approach to all sites from inception to completion, enhancing areas of good performance and highlighting possible improvements. Attention is given to the impact of works on the client and also the neighbouring community - better communication and interaction leads to a positive outcome for all concerned with minimum disruption

Collaborative Working

 Langwith Builders are fully conversant with the ethos of Collaborative Working Practises and are currently rolling out a comprehensive training programme throughout its organisation and site management team.

Health & Safety

 All aspects of project health & safety are dealt with by our external advisors - Aspire Construction Safety Services Ltd, who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in health & safety co-ordination in all sectors of the construction industry. Aspire work closely with all members of the project team and internally we have a dedicated member of staff advises on enviromental/waste issues, quality and project co-ordination.

Constructionline

 Langwith Builders Limited are registered under Consructiononline and have been approved to carry out General Building up to a maximum contract/commision value of £5,625,000 and to carry out Design and Construct projects up to a maximum contract/commision value of £6,000,000.
